Allegiance sent Ben and his crew for our move, and they were so nice. Ben is apparently one of the higher ups so it was nice to see someone so involved in the daily workings still. The women in customer service were very helpful and I appreciated them even answering calls early on a Saturday morning.
Allegiance the two teams they had out were great on both ends, courteous, very hard working, and so friendly. Katie and Emmi and Mo are a few of the names that stood out to me. I moved to IL and thought all my stuff was gonna get broken or lost but I trusted the reviews and went with my gut. They delivered on time and nothing was damaged. The lead guy at deliver ran his crew like a boss! He was great, pretty sure that was Mo. I have already recommended my friend who is getting to move also.
I originally hired a different mover about a month before your move but they didn’t show up or even call. I reached out to Allegiance with prayer under my breathe hoping they could get me picked up and within 24 hours a moving truck was in my driveway and had me on the road 6 hours later. I am so grateful to the speed of the service but how well they completed the move. I got to my new house one day before the truck did, it was perfect timing. They were so kind knowing that I was so stressed out during this process and if you are in a pinch this is company to call!
I moved out of a 2-story townhouse to a single-family home, glad I don’t have to hear the neighbors through the walls anymore. The price was moderate, not too cheap but not too expensive. The didn’t inflate my final costs and I had a price before they even started to load. They went over the paperwork in detail so there was no confusion. I did have a lot more stuff than I realized, I completely forgot to tell them about the basement. They worked with me a reasonable upcharge but that was not their fault at all. That was all me. They did have enough space on the truck so I was glad for that also. I would use them again.
Allegiance movers is my best moving experience so far! I have dealt with movers who weren’t reliable at all in the past. Jackie in customer service was great! The quote Josh gave me was only about 100 cf off from what I actually had. No last minute hidden costs it was all explained to me before the movers got there. No gimmicks just an HONEST moving company!
I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for the amazing team at Allegiance moving and storage. From the first call with Katie and the subsequent calls with customer service and quality assurance I was put at ease and confident that I chose the right company. On the day of pick up i was definetly correct and after receiving my delivery even more. They did a wonderful job and storing my items until i needed them delivered and werent like other companies ive heard about that bait and switch you or have hidden fees. Thank you for your hard work and follow through of everything promised.
I recently use Allegiance moving and storage for my move from Utah to Florida due to work relocation and I must say that from the first phone call to the last one I am beyond grateful. They took care of my items like their own and were fully transparent. Highly recommending them to anyone I know that is moving.
Zack our moving coordinator provided exceptional service for my local move in TN. Allegiance had a 3 man crew sent over and they were very efficient and the price was very satisfactory considering the other companies I researched. It went the exact way Zack said it would. I felt like I could just sit back and relax and let them handle everything. The paperwork is a bit confusing for a first time mover but they sent me a summary email also to put things into layman’s terms for me. I can’t say enough good things about them.
I will be referring all my friends to Allegiance; it went so great. They were excellent, professional and courteous from the time they got to my house 9 am to they time they left the next day. They moved my 5 bedroom house and did a full pack for me so it was a two day job with a crew of 6 guys. They cared about every piece of furniture and wrapped everything up very nicely. My Wife and I were surprised how nicely they were wrapped. Somethings they even shrink wrapped for extra protection. They handled the kids and the pets just great. I have to admit that i was nervous using a moving company for the first time but after selling my home of 47 years in Texas to move closer to my children in Florida I couldn't do it all by myself. Since my husband passing I wanted to be close to my family and the best decision I made was answering Zack's call from Allegiance Moving and Storage. Not only was he honest and explained the process to me but the customer service department was so patient with me and all my questions. The movers themselves were so careful with my priceless items and I just couldnt ask for a better service. Thank you again Allegiance!
