I hired Allegiance to move me and from the initial conversation with Katie my mind was at ease. She spent a long time on the phone with me going over everything and how the process works. I also liked that they had other teams involved that called me at various times to review things with me. I think they called me like 6 times before my moving day. I paid a lot of money for the move and got exactly what I paid for, great service and care from everyone involved. They picked my items up and it was a great transition to the new house. I am a collector and needed someone to professionally pack some things for me. I had my comics in just regular boxes and Allegiance suggested that they be packed and stacked a different way. I was putting these into a storage unit and they told me that if I needed heavier, sturdier boxes or they would probably just get crushed. The guy in charge went out and got better boxes and it really made me feel good that they just didn’t throw everything as is on the truck. My wonderful collection made it without any damages. I will recommend them to all my nerd friends! Allegiance did a great job, the carrier they sent to me was spot on!

I am so blessed that after various estimates and calls from other moving companies, I chose Allegiance Moving and Storage. Not only were they on time but kept their word on pricing even though I ended up wanting to take an extra bedroom. Thank you again for your patience and respect for my items. You guys definitely met and surpassed my expectations.
Allegiance moved me to NY City. I have always wanted to move there and finally I made the leap! I didn’t know how in the world they would get a moving truck downtown well they managed it like pros. They gave me all the information that I needed for the move, who knew I need a COI, didn’t even know that was a thing. FYI, it is proof of insurance. Thankfully the building I moved to has a loading area so that was a good thing. They were about an hour later than I thought but of course I am sure the city traffic had something to due with that.
The moving coordinator gave me the sales pitch dream of a move and you know what Allegiance and the carrier followed through with everything he said. Verification call, quality assurance call, dispatch call, driver calls did all come through at the right times. They really seemed to care about my move and making sure things were to my satisfaction or even above it. There were no hidden costs of fees everything was gone over before they got there. It was a good moving experience and I appreciated working with an hones company.
I got a few quotes and this company does price match or beat! So I did a little leg work and got the other quotes to make sure it was comparable and to be honest there quote was the lowest rate with the best services offered. I did a virtual video call with them to make sure that I didn’t forget anything on my list They got everything right down to my area rug that I forgot about. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future!
All i can say is THANK YOU ALLEGIANCE MOVING AND STORAGE. You guys were on time, fair priced and picked up my items and even held them for 30 days until I found a place at no charge. Thank you for your amazing customer service department that were there for me throughout the whole process to answer any questions and even hear me vent when the house I was buying fell through. Thank you a million times over!
I moved to a panoramic building in beach side in North Carolina, and these guys seem to be able perform miracles with the way they got the furniture into the new building. Allegiance coordinated a lot of different things, from the parking permit, to service elevator to the insurance certificate. They had to take apart a lot of my furniture in order to get it through the doorways so they had their hands full and they made it seem like it was nothing, a walk in the park. By nightfall I was sipping a drink on the balcony watching the waves! Allegiance and the carrier did a WONDERFUL job.
Moving stinks but Allegiance almost made it enjoyable! This was the first time I have had someone not only move me but pack everything for me also. I just told them what to pack, didn’t know that you couldn’t put certain things on the truck though, so I did have to pack some things myself and take them in the car with me. I did find an email a few days later that actually told me about these things so that is my fault. They did so good and had my 3 bedroom packed and loaded into the truck In about 8 hours. I will use them again to move and will recommend them also.
