Friendly crew! Allegiance sent a very friendly and efficient crew! Everything was good and they treated my boxes like their own. A few little unexpected changes but nothing that broke the bank. They are reliable, I think I probably called them at least once a week and there was always someone that answered. I was pleased with all the serviced that were rendered and would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Allegiance, I absolutely loved the driver Jack that Allegiance sent. He came and did a walk through and we did the paperwork as his crew started to trickle in. I have a very large move and they were prepared to handle everything including my full gym. Some of the crew were so small I didn’t; think they could lift all the stuff. To my surprise pretty sure all of them could kick my butt. They moved that equipment and weight like it was nothing. Any gym guys out there give Allegiance a call they moved everything like professionals.
They did a great job! I have a very expensive telescope that is very expensive and needs a special team to pack it. They sent a specialized crew that knew how to handle this special piece of equipment. They build a crate for it and packed it very nicely. They didn’t disassemble it, I had to do that because I know how to versus them, and I didn’t mind doing it at all. They brought extra materials because they didn’t know what they were going to need in advance. I am glad to report that upon unpacking, it survived the trip intact. I set it up a few days later and it seems to be in working condition. Thanks, Allegiance, for taking care of my most prized possession!!
I have lived in my apartment for 10 years and it is time to make a fresh start! The two man crew that Allegiance chose to send from the carrier were pretty darn good! They were friendly and kind and efficient. They came when they said they would and delivered when they said they were going to. They called me the evening before so now I had the driver's phone number and he stayed in touch with me while he made the drive. It was nice knowing I could shoot him a text and see what state he was in. I would certainly hire Allegiance again and recommend them to my best friends.
I just wanted to acknowledge what a terrific moving experience that I had with Allegiance. The coordinator Bill was very experienced and full of all kinds of useful information down to packing tips. I was then sent to a verification team who reviewed everything with me to make sure everything was correct. It made me feel good to see they have checks and balance system put into place to ensure there are no errors. It gave me great confidence to see that early on they didn’t want to make any mistakes Now to say a few things about the actual movers, they were pretty great! Allegiance Moving and Storage was a great find! The estimator was very involved and was wonderful! The crew was just as great! They were polite and helpful and took great care with my stuff. There was a special packer for specific heirlooms that I had requested be professionally packed. I was surprised at the efficiency and care that he took with those items. The items did arrive at my home all in one piece and no damages. You hear and read all the bad stuff about movers so I thought I would take a few min to write something good for a change. Allegiance Moving is a great company and the seem to work with the best.
From beginning to end my experience with Allegiance moving and storage has been amazing. Not only did they facilitate moving my items from my previous house but also from my storage unit. I received my items in the time frame they had advised even with a hurricane that had just passed. Thank you from me and my family!
Allegiance moving and storage definitely set the bar high for any other moving companies. Not only were they honest, caring, and had an open line of communication but were also available at any time I had a question or concern. They took care of my stuff with care and with all the adjustments I made on the day of pick up not once did any of the movers get frustrated or angry as I had expected due to an experience I had with another moving company a few years back. Being in the military has me move a lot and I now have a go-to company for myself and have already recommended them to my fellow service members and family.
I am finally done unpacking!!! I wanted to take a moment to thank Allegiance moving and storage for all their hard work and follow-through. To not have one item of mine damaged or missing is amazing and the best decision I made was taking the call from Bill. Thank you again and if I could give them a million stars I would.
I cannot express in mere words how thankful I am to Allegiance moving and storage. They were upfront and honest and held my items in storage until my home was finished being built. I received my items in the same condition they were picked up and am so excited to finish unpacking and making my forever house a true home.
