I not got going to write a long review, but this is the second time I have move with Allegiance and they were very helpful for both moves. I hired them because their no obligation quote was pocket friendly and the services were what I was looking for. The followed through with all the services described and I was pleased at the follow through. We received all of our valuables in one piece and I would use them again.
I needed to move wrapped furnishings and boxes of household items from storage units in Burlingame , CA 94030 to my condo in San Bruno, CA 94066, a distance of approximately 5 miles. When I contacted Allegiance, they did not initially disclose they would act as broker contracting with another mover in Chatsworth, CA which is in the Los Angeles County area. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area. I paid them a deposit amount of $3,100. The remaining balance of $3850 would have to paid to the movers (Seven Generation Movers from Chatsworth, CA). I was very impressed with Allegiance Moving and Storage. I moved to Colorado with them, and they were quick to respond to all my calls and email. They moved me from my town home to a brand-new build. They were careful not to do any damages to my walls, or floors. They wrapped up all my furniture so nicely, not even one ding on anything. It was such a hot day, I felt so bad for the 3-man crew. They didn’t even complain one time. Give them a call if you live the in the desert, they seem to work well in the heat.
There is such a things as perfect packing! Allegiance did a great job ;they were very well prepared. I had a 3 bedroom house and they sent two guys, it took them 8 hours from start to finish. We compared moving companies and found that this company offered the services that we were looking for at the right price!
These guys were GREAT! What they promised they delivered! They took care of my things like it belonged to their Mama, nothing was damaged or harmed! I did ask if they could throw my chair out for me and they took it right to the dumpster. They didn’t even charge me for that. I ended up tipping all three of the crew and bought them a pizza. I enjoyed having them around and felt comfortable despite being a single woman. The respected me and my stuff!
I recently got my home items picked up and delivered the next day. Not only are all my items in the same condition as they were packed but they even reassembled my bed and placed my furniture where I asked them to and when I realized that the couch wasn't in a location where I would be able to open the bed portion they were quick to readjust my furniture to fit my living room correctly. They didn't have to do that but I am very grateful since I cannot move the furniture myself. I appreciate all your help and transparency throughout a very difficult time in my life and would highly recommend you to anyone I know.
This is for whoever is planning a move or looking for a moving company. Look no further with Allegiance Moving and Storage. They were transparent with everything surrounding my move and asked questions that I didn’t even consider. They were on time and now my items are getting delivered in two days vs the 3 weeks I was told by other companies. Thank you for your rapid response and for following through with everything I was not only promised but what is in their contract.
I recently used the services of Allegiance moving and storage for my move from Georgia to Washington and I couldn’t be more amazed. I have used moving companies before and I could never get a hold of anyone or was rushed to book my move NOW or I'd lose my discounts, not with Allegiance, they were honest and listened to what I needed vs what they did. The accommodated my move in the 30 day time frame I had from start to finish and over exceeded my expectations. I moved from TX to IL with Allegiance Movers and the driver was so awesome! He had some real skills, getting that semi backed into my driveway was really cool to watch. He let the boys look around the cab and they were so excited. They were professional, helpful, and caring. They had my stuff delivered all in one-piece with in about 5 days.
There aren't many people that post reviews regarding a good experience. They typically get the amazing service and that's it. I am not one of those people. I feel that Allegiance moving and storage deserve a million thank you and appreciation for all their hard work. Not only was my coordinator Bill patient and kind and listened to what my family needed regarding our move but the whole team was available to answer all of mine and my wife's questions but they were so accommodating to what our HOA required and the timeframe we needed. Thank you again for making this move less stressful and getting our items delivered in the same way they were picked up. 5 stars for sure if not more.
