I want to say thank you to the customer service team for the amazing help they have given!! Jackie couldn't have been more nerve calming and down right a pleasure to speak to during this last minute stressful cross country move. I had to move from FL to KY due to a family emergency and the coordination by this team was amazing! Thank you, Allegiance moving and storage team.
I was very shocked by not only the fast but reliable service of Allegiance moving and storage. They were trusted with priceless items and delivered them safe and sound to my new studio allowing me to have one less thing to worry about when moving to a new town. I was left at ease from the first phone call from the verification department to the last box brought into my home. I would recommend them to anyone or any family moving locally or out of state.
I was very pleased with the attention to detail and amazing care Allegiance moving and storage took with my items. I have a huge art collection and also musical instruments and was shocked by the level of care and delicacy they had with my items. They made sure that everything was secure and wrapped properly for not only transportation but for the time I needed the items held in storage. Thank you for your honesty and precision with my move.
Excellent crew, efficient and very careful. Don’t forget to Tip the folks generally! A smooth move is the best thing to relieve the stress moving and that’s what they do! Punctual, efficient, polite, and careful with all our belongings. Couldn’t ask for more. They did all that I asked for. They even fixed a doorknob for me at my old place which I was obviously going to be charged for from my old tenant. Awesome work guys. Thank you.
I couldn't have asked for a better moving company than Allegiance moving and storage. They were thorough and allowed me to update my home goods list even on the day of my pick up when I still wasn't sure of what I was taking or donating. They followed through with all the accommodations I had requested and their customer service department was amazing. I have to give credit where it's due and Allegiance moving and storage surpassed my expectations. From the first call with Andrew to the interaction with the crew members my experience was great. There was the normal stresses of moving but they were quick to help me finish packing and didn't complain nor were annoyed with my numerous questions and even with the rain they were able to keep my items dry and safe for shipping. Thank you for all your hard work and attentiveness, 100 stars if possible!
When I was looking for a moving company I already knew from past experiences what the red flags were. Allegiance moving and storage had none. The moving coordinator Sean was a joy to speak to and listened to what I needed and the customer service was understanding in all aspects. The crew at my pick up and drop off locations were all professional and courteous and not once made me feel uncomfortable or forced to pay extra. The no hidden fees or fine print is also what made me happier to have chosen them.
Allegiance moving and storage made our move easy, less stressful and even reassembled my furniture and set it up in the right rooms which took a load off my back, literally. The cost was reasonable and they did not disappoint when it came to efficiency and promptness. Thanks for making this move a lot smoother than expected!
Moving is quite possibly the least favorite thing for any one to have to do, especially to a new city where you know no one and are a new college graduate but that was not the case with Allegiance moving and storage. I went from a small town to a big city and besides being nervous I didn't know the first thing about how the moving industry worked and was relying on them more than I had expected. They did not disappoint. My moving coordinator Sean was able to get my move going and the customer service and dispatch department had me updated every step of the way. Thank you Allegiance moving and storage for making my move so much easier and less stressful. If it wasn't for the amazing staff and services I would have never been able to move my elderly mother's items across the country for her to be able to be closer to me and my children.
