Had recent move and the entire company was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took great care of me and my family, answering all of my questions. The moving specialist George was very kind and professional, and delivered on all promise. My move was very smooth and efficient at a great price. I will definitely use again for any and all upcoming moves.
Allegiance Moving took great care of us during our move from Miami to Orlando. They were very responsive whenever we had any questions. My wife called several times on the day of pick up with some questions, and the ladies in the customer service department were very helpful calming her nerves. Overall great job from their team. Will be calling them again if we plan a move in the future.
I recently used the services of Allegiance moving and storage for my military relocation. Not only were they able to get myself and my family of four transported from Kentucky to Maine in a timely manner but also get everything packed loaded and delivered and then also unpacked just the way that we needed it to be. Thank you for your amazing customer service and also a big thank you to Bill who guided me through the whole process.
I was referred to Allegiance moving and storage by a fellow colleague and I am glad they did. They were able to get my items packed, transported and reassembled all in time to welcome our new child. I was able to concentrate on my wife and kids while Allegiance moving and storage did the rest and their customer service department was beyond what I expected. I use the services of Allegiance moving and storage to transport three of my vehicles. I was surprised that they were able to pick up all three vehicles on the same day and deliver 2 Days Later. My vehicles are all safe and sound in the garage and I cannot be more copy for choosing them to facilitate my transport needs versus all the other calls I was getting that were nonstop and would not stop harassing me. They kept me calm and did not rush me into making any immediate decision and we're understanding of me trying to get other options.

I never thought I'd say that moving could be so easy or seamless but with their help not only were my nerves calmed but my items were treated with care and delivered in the time frame that I needed. I can honestly say that if I had to move again, which I hope I don't, Allegiance moving and storage is already the company I know to call. Highly recommend them to anyone moving for the first time or hopefully the last time.

Do not use Allegiance Moving and Storage they are a broker and contracted out to a horrible carrier IMOVERS LLC. They low ball the quote to lure you in, then they assign unprofessional carriers. A few days before the move they review the low ball estimate and you have no choice but to pay the additional price. Then the carrier shows up and demands more cash to move your belongings and more cash to unload at destination. You are lucky to get next day delivery as I did, however 90% of my SOLID real wood furniture and Sleep Number bed and LOVESAC couch were damaged. the customer service team at Allegiance is poor and the quality assurance person Michael is horrible and demeaning. After calling various moving companies and putting in several quotes I was at my Wit's End and not knowing who to choose but Allegiance Moving and Storage made that decision so much easier. After the first phone call with Michael I knew I had chosen the right company . They not only were able to pack all of my items but transport them efficiently promptly and also deliver in the time frame that I needed to start my new job.
