In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Absolutely the worst company out there. Would not even send a tech out to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator. Flat out denied!!! How could they? I have cancelled my policy and hope this business suffers. The customer service is a joke. Never a supervisor around. NEVER returns calls. A bunch of crooks.

I filed a claim when my water heater broke. The technician who arrived the next day spent some time on analysing the fault. He actually showed me what had gone wrong. He fixed the root cause first and the balance repair was easy for him.

I lodged a claim on Monday and the technician was out by Wednesday. Having never used the home warranty before, I was amazed at the sharp skill set and knowledge of the expert. Within no time he repaired the equipment and had it running. Pleasant experience.

I took this home warranty in the month of April. Since then I had to use the service twice. The first one required the house to be rekeyed and I must say it was a superb service provided. The second was the Garage door not opening and the technician set it right the next day when he was able to arrange for the spare parts. Happy with the outcome

Don't have many home warranty companies covering this area and that was an issue. The service provided by select employees has been always up to the mark and they are very friendly to discuss the problems faced by me.

We had this washing machine working for us for the past six years. When it started giving operating trouble, we thought the claims department would send someone to repair it. The technician told us that the machine was done for good. We got a brand new replacement and we are pretty happy with it.

I had a wonderful experience with this home service company. My Sump pump was fixed in a short time and they installed it back even faster. I must say that the work was done with a professional touch and the technician made it look simple. I would like to recommend them.

I paid for the extra coverage of a spa, and it's been a month and still no one to service the spa. I call every few days and they tell me to find my own service company. I thought the purpose of a home warranty was for the company to fix problems, not for myself to do it!!!! worst customer service ever!!!!! stay away!!!! RIP OFF doesn't coverage anything, there is a loop hole on their end for every claim. JUNK!!!!!!!
