Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

We purchased our home in May 2017. I did a lot of research prior to choosing a home warranty company. I completed an inquiry online with Select and someone contacted me immediately. The representative was so helpful. I have had only positive experiences with Select. I recently renewed our policy and had the privilege of speaking with Adam (extension 5042). He was so pleasant. He even took the time to review my policy to find cost savings. He was so courteous and professional. Select has such awesome customer service and a great staff!

Select home Warranty is the best home warranty out there. Not only do I get prompt and reliable service but I get to deal will very nice and warm customer representatives. You could definitely feel their warmth and willing to help. No , it is under rated, they love their job and it is transferrable with how they deal on the phone. I definitely believe that the front liners of the company will determine whether the company would be reliable. 

I was scared that my house will burn down because of my A/C. My A/C is making an awful noise and it pops the breaker. I called an electrician and they told me that even if they fix the breaker, I still need to have my A/C repaired or it would definitely be dangerous. I called Select Home Warranty and they were honest to tell me that at the moment they were scheduling for next week. I couldn’t wait that long and implored them to listen to my emergency. They had my A/C fixed the next day which was a great relief. Thank you Select for your quick response.

I initially had an issue with Nathan, the first person who contacted me . Reached out to him the next day and still wasnt 100% satisfied as he wouldnt listen to the words that came out of my mouth! QTips help with that btw! However I emailed customer service and a man named Ron contacted me and hands down THE BEST CSR i have EVER talked to!!! He LISTENS and helps you with what you need and doesnt try to con you into something you dont need and cant afford. (Like Nathan did) Thank you Ron for being so nice and helpful amd and resolving my problem quickly and effectively and POLITELY!! Your the best!

We had to put in a service call for our AC unit not working, Select helped find an AC repairman, however they said it would take two weeks to get someone out here. I told them we live in AZ and we cant wait that long and it was early July, there were fires in the area and it was a stressful time, but they finally told us we could find one ourselves and call for an authorization. They reimbursed us for the service call but it took them two months to do that. Overall we got things taken care of.

Leaving AHS for the savings offered by Select has proven to be a mistake. Each service call has been delayed and this time I’m forced to let cate and employ my own provider and wait for a refund.
