For the sake of education and peace-of-mind, this company provides a sample contract and quote calculator on their website. In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I am glad that I purchased Select Home Warranty. For the past years they gave me the peace of mind that everything is covered. I had serious issue with my garage door. The door itself couldn’t be opened and was locked. I couldn’t get my car out and was really rushing to get into an important meeting. Luckily, when I called Select Home, they sent someone out immediately. Couldn't be happier knowing that you are with the right company.

Isaac was a very persuasive salesman. He was very courteous and helpful. I had not been happy with an incident where the job was not completed and was contemplating cancelling my coverage, however, Isaac was very helpful in explaining what I should do if this happens. I am once again satisfied with renewing my coverage and am looking forward to being able to have situations in my home resolved in a satisfactory manner.

I spoke with Alan at length regarding all the benefits of a home warranty. He was very pleasant to talk to. He did not give me the sales run around. he was pushy but did let me know all the options they offer. He also found all the applicable promo codes which gave me a great price. I had done the research of other companies and they could not compete with what was offered in price and service. This is the first time I have used any kind of service like this and found this to be a pleasant experience.
