They were extremely professional and helpful. They were always helpful in answering my questions. They frequently made it clear that there would be a range of arrival times. They were good at establishing expectations. They were also the cheapest alternative I had.
My experience with AmeriSafe was really positive. The drivers and movers were great. They were incredibly helpful and hardworking. Their quotation was likewise reasonable. Some companies provided unreasonably exorbitant quotes. We were transferring my son into a one-bedroom flat. Normally, we would have done it and rented a truck, but my spouse was sick, so we couldn't. We chose AmeriSafe and are really happy. Their customer service was excellent. However, the drivers were really late to pick up, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone for a time. However, that was the only difficulty I had.
We moved from Las Vegas to Minneapolis, and the estimate they provided was reasonable. There were only a few scheduling difficulties. We informed the representative when we were closing on the house and could accept delivery. The initial estimator stated that this would not be a problem because they provided me with a timeframe within which the actual delivery would be scheduled after closing. However, immediately before pick-up, they stated that they needed to deliver on a specified day, which was the day of closing, when we wouldn't have the keys yet. We met with a guy on the phone, told him what we had, and he quoted us and sent us an email. AmeriSafe delivered with their trucks and did not outsource the transfer to anybody else. They delivered on time.
I was retiring and going from Southern California to North Carolina, and I received three bids. AmeriSafe contacted and inquired what I had. I walked through each room and informed them, and their pricing was competitive. The movers were also good. Everything is currently in storage.
They simply arranged everything in the living room. After everything happened, AmeriSafe Moving provided us with payment information that included postal money orders. So we should have gotten postal money orders to begin with. So we were partially responsible. However, they charged us extra for having to wait to unload. On the other side, moving out was beneficial. The people that packed and loaded our belongings performed a terrific job. They appeared like lovely men. They simply came and finished their work.
