Salesperson lied, customer service did nothing to help: The move was efficient and within a reasonable amount of time. I was moving from an apartment so I didn't have a lot of stuff. The salesperson at Amerisafe LIED to me and told me that I could get a refund for the space I didn't use in the truck. "Only pay for the space you use" she said. When I asked if she could put it in the quote she refused to edit what it already said and pointed to some vague sentence that she insisted meant what she told me. I was suspicious but really needed to book a mover so I put it in an email to confirm so I would have it in writing. She did confirm that I would be able to get a refund for the unused... Read More
