Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I’ve only had one claim for a garage door opener to date and found Select to be responsive and helpful in getting this claim resolved. Customer service is first rate.

Call was pleasant and they offered more of a substantial deal, but why use the sham of the computer didn't register your property address in order to up sell you is unneeded. Even though spending over 1100 for a three year contract upfront hurts, the service call monthly fee is reduced and 6 months service added on.
