In the case of Select’s yearlong base-level contract, no home inspection is required prior to full coverage. For the sake of education and peace-of-mind, this company provides a sample contract and quote calculator on their website. In exchange for a $75 administration fee, they also offer a pro-rated refund if the initial 30 days have expired.

Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Just signed up today. Phone representative, David, did not mention benefit limits. Hopefully, will not be an issue. David was also pushing multi-year coverage plans and did not take no for an answer until I threatened to end call. After that, he was perfectly pleasant and helpful.

I was pleased how quickly Select Home Warranty assigned me to a technician and when the technician didn't get back to me, the warranty company was able to help me out. The claim was approved as soon as the technician left my house!! Great job Select Home Warranty!!!

Paying out of pocket for repairs could be very troublesome for a single mom like me. I heard from my friend that getting a home warranty could help me with that. At first, I was hesitant but she showed me different packages to choose from which would fit my budget. Doubtful, I did some research and I signed up with Select Home Warranty and so far I do not have to worry much over repairs.

A neighbor told me about Select Home Warranty and they were very happy with it. They have been bragging that they don’t have issues calling them up and getting their appliances repaired in no time. They even told me that they either fix it or replace it. I've never heard of them but I decided to try them. I am so pleased with it. Their service has been excellent. No hassles at all. I recommend them all the time.
