Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement. The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract. After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

What’s the point of having a policy if you won’t fix things. I had a water line on my fridge come out and I was declined because of some section in the policy says so. I miss my old plan that covered everything.

I signed up for a year's warranty on my home this morning - will be selling in the near future so wanted to offer this to potential buyers once we put the house up for sale. Fred, my service advisor, was very helpful over the telephone . I am hoping this company will back up their claims (should anything break) so that everyone will buy from them !
